I don't understand the language of course, but no matter that. The genteel vocal swell and the staccato articulation plucked so nicely from the violin, convey a certain timeless incantation. The words I'm sure will only greater add?

Dear Donna and Harlequin, this song is about love, longing, a garden and an apple tree. My favorite part is the elderly woman who is mouthing the words of the songs. :)
